I’m a product designer based in San Francisco. Currently, I’m a designer at Glean working on proactivity, artifacts, and growth. Previously, I designed at Snap. In my free time, I led design for Glean’s proactive assistant, exploring how Glean could get a head start on your work before you asked. We focused on making proactive work feel relevant, well-timed, and actually useful instead of just adding more noise. I led design and product strategy for a redesign of the Glean homepage to make it more AI-forward and drive usage of Glean Assistant. We moved from a traditional intranet-style homepage to a starting point that helped people move work forward. I led design for Artifacts, helping Glean expand from answering questions to helping people create finished work. We designed an AI-native editing and collaboration experience for documents, slides, and other outputs, and grew the product from an early concept into a widely used part of Glean (200k+ weekly active users) I spent two years
