Can AI build editable CAD? LLMs are becoming capable at understanding and creating in CAD. To be maximally useful to engineers, the agents can live in the platforms where engineers already work, building proper sketches, features, and parameters that people can inspect, understand, and change. We introduce CAD Arena, an evaluation of how well AI agents reconstruct real parts as CAD models with human usable feature trees.
